Where can I try on a dress?

Try it on at home! Don’t hesitate to make an order when you are not sure about the fit. Just check our size guide and place your order. You can return it back within 14 days since you received it. 

How can I make sure I have made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order and made a payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you do not receive it, we recommend that you check that it has not been sent to your spam folder. If finally, you have not received it, we recommend that you contact us via the e-mail address [email protected]


What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with most major credit cards including, Visa and MasterCard, or with PayPal account

Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?

Yes, as the details you have sent us are processed in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only SEC (Safe Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. Thus, after verifying that the card is associated with SEC, our systems will contact the card’s issuing bank so that the purchase can be authorized. When the bank confirms the authenticity of the card, it will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.


What is the price and delivery period of my order?

We have two delivery options:

– FREE Shipping: your package will be delivered within 3 working days

– Express Delivery: at the price of 9CHF, your package will be delivered within 1-2 working days

Which countries do you deliver to?

At the moment we deliver only in Switzerland. If you are interested in buying from another country, send us a message at [email protected] to be the first to learn about our opening in your country


Can I return a dress?

You can return a dress within 14 days since you received your order. The dress must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered) and with their corresponding purchase slip. Returns are not possible in case of the liquidation or final sale.

Who pays for the return shipment?

The return shipment cost is at our expense and free for you. You will get a pre-paid and pre-filled return label in your package

How can I return a product?

1. Please send a message to [email protected] from the email that you used to make an order. Mention your order #
2. Put the dress into the plastic bag that you have found in the delivery box. The bag already has a pre-filled and pre-paid return label
3. Send the dress back to us via any Swiss Post office. Please keep the postal receipt until you get the refund

When will I receive the amount of my return?

We will process the refund within two working days from the date of receipt of your shipment. Once we have approved the return and your bank has processed it (the estimated time varies according to the banking institution), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that in a few days you will receive the corresponding amount in your account.
